The position provides oversight to the schedule development and schedule adherence of selected engineering firms.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Builds and maintains level I/II major projects management schedule into the engineering department master schedule.Builds ad-hoc schedules to support budget process.Manages the tracking of required project deliverables, communicates to management if key deliverables are not being completed or deviating from schedule, and ensures final deliverables are retained by document controls.Assists in the development of the project construction work package (CWP) list and tracks the issuance of packages to the schedule.Performs schedule quality assurance on third party engineering developed schedules. Coordinates the completion of schedule risk assessments. Ensures EPC firm developed schedule deliverable is logically tied and capable of depicting a true critical path.Facilitates a schedule update meeting with engineering firms scheduling department to identify what activity completion dates changed from baseline and why then summarizes this information and communicates to the Marathon Major Projects Team.
