The incumbent in this role is accountable for center performance objectives, P&L, growth, and culture. In addition to being accountable for the overall clinical outcomes of his/her assigned market, they will have a portion of their time allocated to direct patient care as a PCP and/or other clinical duties. The remainder of their time allocated to leadership responsibilities including Clinical Director performance, engagement, building a strong clinical-operations synergy and culture.
