Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking a Catering Manager 3 for Grambling State University, located in Grambling, LA. The position is a hands on position that requires nights and weekends. Position also manages boxes at sports arenas on campus. This position requires that you meet with all the clients and build up an excellent relationship with the campus community. Our Catering Manager will directly supervise anywhere from 1 - 10 events at a time and will need to have a flexible schedule as events may be days, nights, weekends and some holidays. This position also requires that you hire and train a professional catering staff, utilizing the community and students on campus.
