This 16-bed unit operates within a critical access hospital setting, ensuring patients receive optimal medical attention and support.How you'll contribute You'll make an impact by assessing the patient's condition and nursing care needs to create a specialized plan of care. You will collaborate with physicians and provide patients and/or family with instruction and education relevant to conditions. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills to directly impact patient wellbeing.
