Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.Minimum Qualifications:Education: Associates Degree in Nursing, RequiredBachelor's Degree in Nursing, PreferredLicense: Current RN to practice in the state of (KY)Certifications: BCLS; ACLS & PALS per unit specific requirementsNational Certification within 1 yearRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
