Compensation range is based on availability and assessment completion.Location: Home, SNF, and other community environments in West Union, OhioHours: Days, Evening, Nights, weekend, Flexible SchedulingBenefits: PRN providers are non-benefited except for 401(k) and limited Voluntary BenefitsMileage Reimbursement plan Qualifications: Must Haves:Master’s Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensureCurrent RN and NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority or the ability to obtain prescriptive authorityBoard certified by the AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in a Matrix approved specialtyHave a current BLS, ACLS or CPR certificationHave a Minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse PractitionerHave strong computer skills and familiarity with Employee health/medical record softwarePossess excellent verbal and written communication skills with patient, clients and colleaguesBe comfortable and flexible with frequent changeTravel Requirements:Have the ability to travel, a valid state driver license and able to drive a car, proof of adequate automobile insurance coverage for the state of residenceTravel required to meet patients where they liveMatrix Medical Network is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
