Overview: We are seeking a strategic and visionary Sr. Director of HR Business Partners to lead our HRBP function, supporting enterprise-wide initiatives and driving alignment between people strategies and business goals. Reporting directly to the SVP of People and Culture, this role will oversee a team of two Senior HR Managers and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.In this role, you will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of HR across corporate functions, with a strong focus on workforce and succession planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
