Pay: $72800 - $79000 / year (paid hourly)Schedule: M - F; day shiftLocation: 151 N Franklin St, Chicago, ILYou will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the site/metro culinary equipment to include but not limited to plumbing, HVAC and appliances. You will also be responsible for the preventative (PM) and corrective (CM) maintenance of the equipment. This position requires a high level of technical expertise with a variety of building infrastructure. You may be called upon to perform other general maintenance and support duties on an as-needed basis.Oversee operation, repair, P.M. relating to site/metro culinary equipment and systems; determine frequency of repair and/or P.M. of systems.Understand the engineering design and operational aspects of the building and critical support systems and components of the kitchens/cafes.
