As a Concrete Laborer, you will assist with forming, pouring and finishing concrete structures under the guidance of experienced team members. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, teamwork and a willingness to learn. Prior concrete or construction experience is preferred, but not required. Key Responsibilities: Follow all company safety protocols and attend scheduled Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) training sessions. Assist with setting forms, pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete under supervision. Prep work areas by staging materials and assembling tools or equipment as needed. Place and secure reinforcing materials like rebar or mesh. Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with positioning anchor bolts, steel plates, and other embedded items. Apply sealers, curing compounds, or other surface treatments as directed. In this role, you assist withcultivating life skills and fostering independence. We work to match interests and lifestyles between people. You will participate together in activities of daily living, both at home and in the community. Through the matching process, you are able to match with a person whose needs fit the support level you wish to offer. Duties vary for each individual from minimal support (i.e., budgeting, medication, transportation, activities of daily living) to full support (i.e., dressing, toileting, feeding, positive behavioral support, etc.), and the income is commensurate with the level of support provided.
