Position Title: SUB (Substitute/Pool) Direct Support Professional (DSP)Position Location: Jefferson, WI; Waukesha, WI; Brookfield, WIPay Range: $16-$19/hrSt. Coletta, a leader in providing residential, vocational, and educational services to adults with developmental disabilities, has an excellent employment opportunity for Direct Support Professionals looking to pick-up shifts as a pool/sub staff in all our program areas (Jefferson, Waukesha, and Brookfield) in both our Residential Group Homes and Vocational Program Areas! Our Mission is to ensure the people we serve achieve their highest quality of life and personal growth.We offer competitive starting pay from $16-$19/hr depending on your experience and education. Any sleep-in hours are paid at $10/hr.Responsibilities:As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will cross-train between areas to be a versatile DSP! You will plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities of daily living, provide personal cares, and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will perform other duties such as transporting clients, completing and maintaining accurate reports, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Ability to complete and maintain all required training in accordance with organizational, County, State, and Federal regulations.Driving Requirements: This position requires that an employee is able to drive for work purposes and must maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets the standards set forth by the organization.
