Job Duties Include: Follow all company safety procedures and participate in ongoing Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) training. Respond quickly and effectively to equipment failures that impact production or safety. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues involving motors, pumps, valves, instrumentation, PLCs, centrifuges, heat exchangers, steam-tube dryers, boilers, conveyors, augers, hammer mills and process tanks/vessels. Perform routine and preventive maintenance as scheduled. Communicate with the Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Supervisor and production teams to prioritize tasks and minimize downtime. Accurately record maintenance activities and findings in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
