We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Maintenance Technician to join our night shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure safe and efficient production operations.
Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (flexible days and hours, including occasional call-ins)
Job Duties Include: Follow all company safety procedures and participate in ongoing Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) training. Respond quickly and effectively to equipment failures that impact production or safety. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues involving motors, pumps, valves, instrumentation, PLCs, centrifuges, heat exchangers, steam-tube dryers, boilers, conveyors, augers, hammer mills and process tanks/vessels. Perform routine and preventive maintenance as scheduled. Communicate with the Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Supervisor and production teams to prioritize tasks and minimize downtime. Accurately record maintenance activities and findings in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues involving motors, pumps, valves, instrumentation, PLCs, centrifuges, heat exchangers, steam-tube dryers, boilers, conveyors, augers, hammer mills and process tanks/vessels. Perform routine and preventive maintenance as scheduled. Communicate with the Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Supervisor and production teams to prioritize tasks and minimize downtime. Accurately record maintenance activities and findings in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
