QualificationsCertifications: Licensed Pharmacist - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR), Education: Bachelor's Degree: Pharmacy (Required), Work Experience: Clinical ResponsibilitiesAssist in focused research studies and drug usage evaluations as assigned.
