Checks for correct patient and chart identification, diagnosis, and treatment position. Structural Heart Procedures to include TAVR, Watchman, Mitraclip, Triclip, ASD/PFO and CardioMEMs. Hybrid Peripheral Vascular work in coordination with vascular surgery to include EVAR, TCAR, and TEVAR. Adjunctive tools to complete the above procedures including but not limited to ICUS, FFR/iFR, Lithotripsy, Laser, Rota, Impella, IABP, OCT, and CTO.
