We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Maintenance Technician to join our night shift team. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining a wide range of mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure safe and efficient production operations.
Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (flexible days and hours, including occasional call-ins)
Job Duties Include: Follow all company safety procedures and participate in ongoing Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) training. Respond quickly and effectively to equipment failures that impact production or safety. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues involving motors, pumps, valves, instrumentation, PLCs, centrifuges, heat exchangers, steam-tube dryers, boilers, conveyors, augers, hammer mills and process tanks/vessels. Perform routine and preventive maintenance as scheduled. Communicate with the Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Supervisor and production teams to prioritize tasks and minimize downtime. Accurately record maintenance activities and findings in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Your responsibility is to maintain a safe and healthy home environment for the individual and be a mentor while helping the person as needed with the tasks of daily living. In this role, you assist withcultivating life skills and fostering independence. We work to match interests and lifestyles between people. You will participate together in activities of daily living, both at home and in the community. Through the matching process, you are able to match with a person whose needs fit the support level you wish to offer. Duties vary for each individual from minimal support (i.e., budgeting, medication, transportation, activities of daily living) to full support (i.e., dressing, toileting, feeding, positive behavioral support, etc.), and the income is commensurate with the level of support provided.
