Shares patient engagement results with team to maintain positive results or improve as needed.Recognizes customer relations issues which require action and proceeds accordingly in a calm, professional manner; demonstrating strong customer service, effective conflict resolution and service recovery skills. Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation range for this position is $34.87per hour - $59.98per hour.
