Field Application Engineering Manager The Field Application Engineering (FAE) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the Field Application Engineering team across two business units: Utility and Commercial & Industrial (C&I). Regardless of their assigned division, all Field Application Engineers (FAEs) are required to adhere to standardized policies and procedures for managing customer applications, design changes, and new product implementations.
