Entity: Production & OperationsJob Family Group: Operations GroupJob Description: Located at bp's Whiting Refinery in Whiting, Indiana, the Major Maintenance (MM) and Minor TAR Advisor will act in support of Major Maintenance Leadership for the Major Maintenance strategy, maintenance budget, life cycle planning, and continuous improvement. They will also be the single point of accountability for field activities and repairs related to their respective scope(s). This role will be accountable for the planning and coordination related to these activities, as well as the safe and efficient execution of the plan.The Major Maintenance and Minor TAR Advisor will act as the liaison with various craft contractors and contractor superintendents to ensure adherence to the budget and schedules.
