About This Role This International Imports Compliance Specialist will determine tariff classification and applicability of other government agency regulations of imported goods. Accuracy in this role is imperative as tariff numbers may carry duty rates that directly impact landed costs. The candidate for this role must be well experienced in classification and PGA compliance requirements. The person will also perform basic US import entry audits. What You'll Do Ensure Ace Hardware's Compliance to Trade Regulations Determine tariff classification and PGA (FDA, Aphis, EPA, etc.) applicability.Have working knowledge of industry systems such as CROSS, CBP's ACE portal, etc., and navigating PGA websites.
