Shares patient engagement results with team to maintain positive results or improve as needed.Recognizes customer relations issues which require action and proceeds accordingly in a calm, professional manner; demonstrating strong customer service, effective conflict resolution and service recovery skills. Conducts ongoing assessment of orientation effectiveness, adjusting as appropriate.Upholds department policies and serves as a role model by acting in a manner consistent with behaviors of excellence.Participates in hiring, correction and termination activities adhering to strict confidentiality standards.Monitors equipment and disinfection techniques to ensure safe practices; engages clinical engineering or biomed as needed.Maintains general knowledge of department policies, procedures and standards. Seeks assistance as needed.Maintains and seeks to improve knowledge and understanding of ultrasound practices and equipment.Perform all other job duties as assigned.Assures patients rights and privacy are maintained. Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation range for this position is $34.87per hour - $59.98per hour.
