Preferred QualificationsRole PurposeProvides customer focused pharmaceutical care and ensure the prompt and accurate dispensing, processing, and recording of prescriptions according to prescription orders. Direct and assist in the procurement, storage, distribution and disposal of medications. Collaborate with health care providers to assess, monitor, initiate and modify medication use according to patient condition and age specific criteria. Prevent, direct and resolve medication-related issues. Counsel and educate to promote optimal drug therapy. Supervise and direct supportive staff.ResponsibilitiesVerifies prescribed medications and dosages to ensure that therapy is safe and effective for the patient's condition.
