In addition to plant operations, the individual will assist with coordinating daily plant activities, including scheduling truck drivers and ordering plant materials.
Job Duties: Set up and dismantle portable central mix concrete batch plants. Operate batching equipment efficiently to produce high-quality concrete. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot plant equipment. Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and materials. Coordinate plant activities, including scheduling truck drivers and ordering materials. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
