Apply clinical techniques to address symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral disorders, and other mental health diagnosesProvide timely, goal-oriented services to assigned clients and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicatedMaintain documentation of services provided, including treatment plans, progress notes, and related records, in accordance with contractual standardsParticipate in case reviews, clinical consultation, and collaborative planning with external providers, as requestedRefer or coordinate with crisis response teams and emergency services when appropriateOffer guidance, education, and resource referrals to support client recovery and goal attainmentMaintain compliance with ethical standards, licensing board rules, DFCS State Org Chart, and all applicable regulations Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health fieldActive licensure or license-eligible as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent in the service stateMinimum of two years’ experience providing therapy services to children and/or familiesMust secure independent clinical supervision if not fully licensedReliable means of providing services (in-person or virtual) and ability to meet contractual documentation expectationsContractor must live within 100 miles of the assigned reporting officeDeliverablesCompletion of clinical documentation within agreed-upon timeframesAccurate and timely invoicing aligned with completed service unitsEngagement in service delivery that reflects professional standards of care and accountabilityJoin a team where your contributions truly make a difference in the lives of others.
