This position will focus on identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This candidate must possess strong technical leadership skills, with deep understanding and working experience in design controls, PDP, requirements writing and management, and identifying customer unmet needs. This candidate is expected to strategize, formalize, and lead the execution of technical plans for both product and process improvements. The candidate will establish and maintain a relationship with our manufacturing sites and support plant personnel in the implementations of new or upgraded manufacturing processes, as well as lead technical aspects of new product commercialization.
