Summary:
As a Preschool Lead Teacher at Carrington Academy, you will create, manage, and participate in a variety of learning environments and activities that provide opportunities for students to develop to their fullest potential and achieve their learning objectives. Participate collaboratively and professionally with other teachers and staff to promote the general well-being of the school, and the collective/individual interest of its staff and student body.

Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm
Student Age Range: Toddlers(12-24 months old)
Pay Range: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour (dependent on education and experience)

Minimum Qualifications:
Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) or a Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.Often carrying and lifting 25 pounds or less (25-50%) and occasionally carrying 25-50 pounds (10-25%).Must be 18+ years of age and successfully pass state and federal background checks.
