A Lead Cybersecurity Software Engineer is focused on full stack development of security tools that enable engineering teams to securely develop their applications by building and deploying securely. Aable John's Tree Service, Inc is seeking to hire a CDL Driver/Equipment Operator and worker as we continue to grow! We offer weekly pay, the rate of pay is based on experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the loading of, transporting of materials and heavy equipment safely to and from job sites and pits. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, adherence to traffic laws, and the ability to operate different types of trucks, heavy equipment trailers and heavy equipment. Also expected to support the crew by helping perform work from the ground including clearing brush and trees as directed, and performing clean-up on each job site. Active CDL Required, Class A or B. Basic drug screen and driver's license required. Position will require manual labor and exposure to the elements.
Job Duties: Operate various types of trucks and equipment including: dump trucks, heavy equipment trailers, skid loader, wheel loaders, excavators, dozer and compaction equipment. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of construction material while adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Navigate routes effectively while complying with all traffic regulations. Communicate with team members regarding deliveries and any potential delays. Handle manual transmission vehicles as required for specific truck types. Assist in the maintenance of the truck by performing basic repairs or reporting issues as necessary.
Experience: Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid “Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is necessary! A strong understanding of movement and installation materials while adhering to safety regulations is essential. Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

As a Tree Climber for Aable John's Tree Service company, you'll assist arborists with tree removal, pruning, and maintenance, ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the work area, and utilizing tools and equipment like ropes, pole-saws, chippers and chainsaws. The Tree Trimmer/Climber will be responsible for assisting the crew in the removal of trees, trimming of branches, and general maintenance of trees and shrubs. The ideal candidate is not afraid of heights and will have experience with tree trimming and a strong commitment to safety. Basic driver's license required. Position will require manual labor and exposure to the elements. Women with experience in Landscaping or Groundskeeping are encouraged to apply!
Duties include but are not limited to: Sweeping and blowing leaves and clippings Prune shrubs and trees as needed and clear debris Clean site and watch for trash, limbs, and rocks Operate powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, chain-saws, sod cutters and pruning saws Prune and trim trees, shrubs and hedges using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, hedge/brush trimmers, axes, shears, pruners or chain saws. Prep soil for tree planting; mulch application; preparation using soil amendments; core aeration or stump grinding Pruning, planting, removal or replacement of shrubs, plants, and flowers; pruning of trees and replacement of trees that are planted as a replacement due to the removal of diseased or damaged trees, or trees that constitute a hazard; non-substantive replacement of sod. Maintain and repair tools, equipment, and structures such as, but not limited to, fences, benches, and minor out building maintenance using hand and power tools Perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of various landscaping equipment and materials, including, but not limited to backpack blowers, large containers of mulch/plant material, various sizes of lawn mowers, etc.
