Operates equipment safely, maintains ALARA standards, follows image gently/ image wisely recommendations as well as all regulatory bodies and ACR standards. Provides mentoring and training to Tech Apprentices and Radiologic Technology students. Establishes and maintains a professional relationship with fellow employees, other departments, and the medical staff. The employee provides consistent quality patient care during the patients visit to the Radiology Department. What you will do in this role:·Document in Radiology RIS system upon the completion of exams. ·Call or fax preliminary "wet read" reports to appropriate locations.
