Overview: Senior Estimator(s) perform day-to-day functions for the firm’s estimating activities including, but not limited to, serving as the estimating lead on various data center and mission critical projects. Responsibilities includes pre-bid attendance as needed, bid management, vendor databases, cost databases, estimating software, and estimating best practices. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in data center construction estimating. The candidate should possess an understanding of contractual requirements, conceptual estimating, design drawings (P&ID, PFD, etc.) and project specifications. The candidate will have experience with design evaluation and qualtity surveying. The candidate should be able to understand risk assessment analysis and have proven estimating experience in multiple markets and geographic locations.Location:This is a fully remote position and may be based anywhere within the United States. The role supports our operations both nationally and internationally.
