Ability to perform procedures of various types to include routine and invasive procedures. Demonstrated ability to work with patients of all ages. Extensive knowledge of the current operation of all departmental equipment, accessories and procedures. Ability to diagnose basic equipment malfunctions and communicate with service personnel. Uses initiative and independent judgement when necessary. Ability to train various staff types in essential job functions and evaluate those functions. Good communication skills and the ability to use proper channels of communication.
