Develop, update, and maintain training materials and documentation related to outpatient coding. Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions to ensure coders understand and apply proper coding practices. Monitor and evaluate the performance of outpatient coders in training, providing constructive feedback and coaching for improvement. Stay current with changes in outpatient coding regulations and guidelines.
