Experience: Minimum of three (3) years previous experience in staff nursing or related field. Must be knowledgeable in patient care practices and/or adult education principles. Have the ability to work with persons of varying education and cultural backgrounds. RN working experience in critical nursing experience is preferred.Certifications: Will attend a recognized training course (CDC/APIC) in Infection Prevention/Hospital Epidemiology. Must have and maintain current Certification in Infection Control (CIC) within three (3) years of hire into the position.
