The Sr. Financial Analyst will be involved in ad-hoc analysis as required and will participate in the creation of monthly reporting packages, quarterly business reviews, and annual budget presentations. The candidate will manage the forecast and budget calendars in conjunction with FP&A leadership. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high visibility role with consistent exposure to Senior Leadership. Strong communication skills and a background in a Consolidations role for a multi-segment company (SEC Reporting, FP&A Consolidations, etc.) are a must. You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Support the Director, FP&A in preparation of the consolidated P&L forecast and budget including variance analysisSupport the Director, FP&A in preparation of external industry surveysSupport the Manager, FP&A in preparation and analysis of the cash flow, balance sheet, capital expenditure and inventory spend forecast and budget as applicableSupport the Director, FP&A in preparation of the quarterly Cost of Product / 10 year plan processAssist the Consolidations team in the business partner support function for the Portfolio Finance teamWork with business partners for information gathering, variance analysis, and reportingEmbodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, NowCompletes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned.Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.Other related duties as assigned.
