Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a supportive environment that ensures a positive and engaging experience for both Associates and customers.Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes. Provide input on succession planning to meet future needs.Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets.
