Current CT state licensure as Respiratory Care PractitionerCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification ACLS, within 6 months of hire Current PALS or STABLE Certification and NRP certification preferred Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements: Ability to read and understand oral and written instructions, and effectively communicate information. Basic computer skills (including opening/reading email, basic internet use). Demonstrated knowledge to perform pulmonary function testing. Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with departments, employees, physicians and managers. Ability to read and understand oral and written material and effectively communicate technical or complex information. Demonstrates critical thinking and advanced decision making skills. Must be organized, flexible and a team player. Good time management skills. Ability to work in a stressful environment. Ability to handle multiple priorities.
