Operate a ready-mix truck in urban areas and tight construction sitesRoutine equipment maintenanceContribute to keeping locations in and around the plant clean and hazardous freeUnderstand and Foster Safety CultureSafely Drive and Obey All Traffic LawsTruck Maintenance & HousekeepingLearn our company safety protocol in order to execute work safely
Reality of the Job
Wage Range:$25.00 - $31.00 per hour plus OT
You might work long hours some days depending on the customer's project requirementsYou will be expected to work Saturdays during peak season
What We Need From You
Class B CDL (with air brake endorsement)Clean Driver's abstract and recordConcrete mixer truck experience considered an assetUnderstanding of the concrete productsStandard or manual transmission experienceAbility to work flexible hours including weekends and be available on short noticeSuccessfully pass our pre-employment testing

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly outside and exposed to various weather conditions including hot/cold temperatures and rain/snow conditions.Employee constantly uses eye/hand coordination and near/far vision.Employee frequently stands, walks, sits, climbs, bends, reaches, lifts to 50 lbs, carries up to 50 lbs, utilizes manual dexterity, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, color discernment and requires active hearing/listening.Employee is exposed to loud noises, heavy machinery, moving equipment, oil, debris, solvents, smokes, gasses, fumes and aggregate materials.Required PPE includes safety shoes above ankles, safety vests, safety glasses, ear plugs and hard hats. Additional PPE required if performing special jobs.
