Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services and treatment setting. Performs all underlying duties of the job including but not limited to supervising support personnel according to established licensing laws, state regulations and practice standards.Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.Requirements:Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Physical Therapist. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. Minimum Experience: None required.BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
