Perform Project Reviews Performs 1 on 1 project reviews of project finances, contract management, change orders, and other construction documents and reports potential issues.Proactively develops solutions to address potential issues. Perform Site Visits Oversees construction safety implementation for zero incidents and reporting for their territory.Oversees project construction for quality compliance with specifications, codes, and installation techniques. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field, or 10+ years full time construction management experience with sophisticated commercial, state, university, or federal clientele. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 0-2 years of related experience. Must be able to communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and the public and be capable of establishing good working relationships with both internal and external customers. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
