Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises. Removes debris and provides remediation of hazardous conditions. Supports snow and ice removal as needed. Assists contractors/vendors with on-site events or maintenance.Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
