The WPRL comprises the following departments: Front Desk; Housekeeping; Laundry; Condo Maintenance; Owner Relations; HOA Management; Commercial Management; Village Company, and the Vintage Hotel. The Division is responsible for the property management of nearly 600 condos/hotel rooms (constructed between 1986 and 2009), approximately 270 of which participate in the WPRL short-term rental program.
