Responsibilities:
Operates tractor-trailer combination in a safe and professional manner at all timesDelivers products to customers on time, while providing complete customer servicePick up and delivery of all back hauls and/or freight as requiredMaintains DOT logs daily and complies with all other DOT procedures/regulationsMaintains a clean, organized and safe work environment to include washing tractor exterior and interior per accepted standards for Bunzl and applicable state laws.
Requirements:
Must have a valid CDL Class A licenseMinimum 2 years experience in commercial transportationMust have Haz/Mat endorsement or able to obtain within 60 days of employmentAbility to operate a tractor-trailer in a safe and efficient mannerPossess knowledge of all applicable State and Federal DOT regulationsCapacity to read and correctly interpret route manifests and invoicesAbility and willingness to work varying routes as assigned by SupervisorPrevious experience with Electronic logging device such as QualcommMust be able to travel up to 7 days at a time
