Overview: The Director of Surgical Services (OR) is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational oversight, and clinical excellence of all surgical services within the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing Ambulatory Surgery, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), Robotic Surgery, and Cardiovascular Surgery. Your primary objective will be to enhance patient care quality and ensure the safety and efficiency of surgical interventions. This individual ensures the highest quality of patient care, compliance with regulatory standards, and the effective management of surgical personnel, resources, and workflows.
