Position:Sales Engineer- CybersecurityJob Description:We’re seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Presales Engineer to join our team and drive partner success across our cybersecurity portfolio. In this role, you’ll provide expert technical guidance throughout the sales process - designing tailored solutions, delivering impactful demos, and aligning technology to customer security strategies. You’ll enable partners through hands-on support and training, while driving pipeline, sales, and services across strategic accounts.This role requires deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.What You'll Be Doing:Serve as the technical subject matter expert and trusted advisor for our cybersecurity offerings.Support sales teams with solution design, technical validation, and architecture recommendations across complex enterprise environments.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to build impactful technical content - white papers, case studies, and sales collateral.Deliver partner enablement through training, technical workshops, and tailored go-to-market strategies.Install, configure, and manage aligned supplier security products to support demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical evaluations.Maintain the engineering solutions lab; be capable of installing and maintaining the products you support.Deliver compelling demos and provide hands-on guidance to partners and customers during the evaluation process.Drive adoption and partner pipeline growth through strategic programs and thought leadership.Maintain deep familiarity with emerging threats, industry trends, and evolving tech landscapes.What We’re Looking For:Strong technical expertise in cybersecurity with hands-on experience in solutions like Archer, Arctic Wolf, Forcepoint, Forescout, NetWitness, Palo Alto Networks, RSA, Thales, and Trend Micro.Proven ability to work with channel partners to enable them to demo, position, and sell cybersecurity technologies, while driving pipeline growth and sales enablement.Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including automation, cloud technologies, containers, endpoint protection, firewalls, networking (TCP/IP), SIEM, threat intelligence, and virtualization.Exceptional communication, presentation, and training skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.Experience securing enterprise systems and aligning partner strategies with sales goals to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and operating systems (Windows, Linux, OSX).Strong self-starter mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in fast-paced environments.Relevant certifications such as Network+, Security+, AWS, Azure, and CySA+ are highly desirable.Work Arrangement: Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.Candidates must be located in Texas, Colorado, or California.What’s In It For You:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
