We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsOur Clinical Lab Scientists perform clinical testing in one or more of the following areas: blood bank, chemistry, serology, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, special chemistry, microbiology and manual tests. According to established procedures and policiesYou will perform preventative maintenance on laboratory instrumentation, interpret results as to their accuracy, acceptability and critical limits and organizes work to meet established deadlines and record all data obtainedYou will work actively and be cooperative with nursing and other hospital staff to ensure timely patient care as well as assist with regulatory complianceWhat qualifications you will need:Current Clinical Laboratory Scientist license per CA State Board Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent from an accredited college or universityAt least one year of acute care hospital experience; new grads will be consideredLos Robles Regional Medical Center is a 380+ bed acute care hospital dedicated to serving the residents of Ventura and Los Angeles Counties along with the Greater Conejo Valley.
