The role of a Food Service Expert can provide you with the skills and experiences of:Guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest first culture in foodState and federal food safety and OSHA guidelinesMonitoring sales of products and adjusting production to drive efficiency, profitability and minimize wasteAs a Food Service Expert, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include the following responsibilities:Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experienceduring all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task.Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage standards and Pizza Hut brand standards (where applicable).Execute Food & Beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing and storing reserve product.Produce, package and label items to specifications on production cards and follow specific department routines to drive sales, instocks and profitability. Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.Complete Pizza Hut training requirements and certifications related to quality control of Pizza Hut products.Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance.Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws.Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks. As the Operations Supervisor, you are accountable for contributing to profitable sales growth by driving store merchandise in-stocks, supervising and engaging Operations associates and driving the execution of operational tasksPrimary Responsibilities:Customer Service & Sales - Maneuvering around the store at a fast pace, directing the team and working with all the latest merchandise, as well as resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional manner.Store Operations - Assists with inventory counts and updates to ensure accurate in-stock information for customers.
