About the Role
As a Multi-Campus Teacher, you will support our Milpitas campuses. This role provides day-to-day instructional support across multiple Preschool and Pre-K classrooms.
Each day may look a little different, whether assisting with classroom supervision, supporting instruction, or stepping in as a lead teacher when needed, your flexibility and enthusiasm will play a big role in maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment. What You'll Do
Provide classroom coverage in Preschool–Pre-K as neededFollow established lesson plans or create new ones for long-term assignmentsSupervise and engage children to ensure their safety and well-beingSupport daily classroom routines including nap and snack timesMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environmentCommunicate professionally with students, staff, and familiesAssist with administrative or campus-wide support tasks as needed
What You Bring:
12 completed ECE semester units (or 18 quarter units), including coursework in:Child Growth and DevelopmentChild, Family, and CommunityProgram/CurriculumOR a Bachelor’s Degree in Child DevelopmentPrior experience in a preschool setting preferredStrong communication and collaboration skillsProfessional, dependable, and flexiblePassion for working with young children
