This is a very diverse role and will behandling everything from answering phones, greeting customers, walk-in sales, order processing, sampling, marketing, filing, sales support, etc. The ideal candidate will preferably have Design/Interior and Natural Stone Industry experience.
The job functions would include but not limited to: Answer incoming calls. Answer all customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and available options Communicate with the sales team regarding customer inquiries or issues. Greet customers as they come into the showroom. Follow up on leads and pass to the outside sales team. Specific marketing projects assigned by GM or Operations Manager. Attend industry related networking events when necessary. Maintain and organize the sample room and update inventory as needed. Coordinate customer material pick-ups with warehouse personnel.
