Description Provides department direction and has daily operations oversight of the RN Case Managers in the Care Management Department. The Manager role models proactive, collaborative working relationships across all functions. Specifically works closely with the Care Management Leadership Team to promote and ensure effective and efficient patient care management across the healthcare continuum.
