Demonstrated leadership and excellent knowledge of Huntington Hospital's Customer Service Standards by being a resource role model of the department. Must possess excellent problem solving skills and knowledge of applicable laws, regulation and standards by JCAHO and other regulatory agencies. Provides administrative and clinical support to Department Manager such as new hire orientation, staff development, patient care plan update, communication to staff nurses during shift changes, etc. Performs duties in any nursing capacity as needed.
