You will provide a warm, caring, joyful environment that encourages preschoolers’ natural curiosity, and instills confidence in their innate abilities.You will alsoPlan, supervise and implement curriculum of reading, writing, and mathCollaborate with other faculty and staff membersCommunicate daily with parents or guardiansMaintain a well-organized and engaging classroom environmentWhat We Are Looking ForEducational background with 12 semesters or 18 quarter early childhood education units shall include courses that cover the general areas of early child development, child, family, and community, and program/curriculum or a bachelor’s degree in child developmentPatience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Prior teaching experience with young students is preferred
