You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life. These positions are primarily for Inpatient acute care, but we also have an Outpatient need.Our Pelvic Program is second to none, operating in a beautiful two-story fitness center with 11 private rooms dedicated to our pelvic and lymphedema patients. Responsibilities (Text Only): PT Inpatient Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. - Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other evidence-based interventions. - Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. - Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated care. - Direct and Supervise PT Assistants and/or Aide.
